Those who come to take the certificate, juminhyo (certificate of residence) in the case of personal identification documents (driver's license, residence card, passport, those with a face photo, such as my number card), of anyone other than the household juminhyo (certificate of residence) case of Please bring your power of attorney or, in the case of a seal certificate, a seal registration card (card).
Also, since the main entrance of the office is closed, please come from the back door.

Note: juminhyo (certificate of residence) is 200 yen per copy (in the case of all households, 20 yen is added from the second person), seal certificate is 300 yen per copy. Please prepare without change.
