Regarding the implementation of the FY2026 Support Project for Child-Rearing Generations Amidst Price Soaring

In Niseko Town, in order to cope with the recent surge in prices, a program will be launched on November 1st to provide "Kira Pay," an electronic money service usable at Niseko Kira Card Association member stores, utilizing the national government's priority support local grants, with the aim of promoting and revitalizing local consumption.
Those who already have a Kira Card will receive points on their card at any time. However, those who do not have a Kira Card or are not registered for the childcare support program should register at the Niseko Kira Card Association office (located in Niseko Town Center).

[Implementation Period] November 1, 2026 (Sun) - January 31, 2027 (Sun)
[Implementation Details] For each child of the following eligible individuals, we will give them 10,000 yen worth of Kira Card's electronic money "Kira Pay".
[Target audience] Families with children in junior high school or younger.
*This also applies to those who have been issued a maternal and child health handbook as of the reference date.
*This also applies to those who moved in after the reference date or those who received their maternal and child health handbook.
