◎This is not a taxi. It is a public service bus that is shared by users as a means of transportation within the area, and requires a reservation. Therefore, we may not be able to make a reservation at the time you wish.

◎As this is a shared bus, there will be many opportunities for passengers to share the bus. This may result in a longer journey time to your destination. Also, the departure time may change depending on road conditions and the reservations of passengers before and after, so please make your reservation with plenty of time to spare.
*We may need to contact you regarding time changes, so we recommend that you bring your mobile phone with you.

◎予約の変更（乗降車地、時間、人数など）やキャンセルは必ずご予約時間の30分前までにご連絡をお願いいたします。なお、8:00～9:00・17:00～19:00は、ニセコバスの運行営業所（電話0136-44-2001）でキャンセルのみ承ります。

◎If you have large luggage (including skis/snowboards), please inform us when making your reservation. If you do not declare it, you may not be able to board the bus. Also, please limit your luggage to what you can carry on your own (the driver cannot help you).

◎Hirafu district and Kutchan town are outside the service area.
Please use other means of transportation such as local buses or JR trains from Niseko Station.
