Announcement of the 2nd "Istre x Brain Training" Health Class
Important Notice
The town will be hosting the second "Istre x Brain Training" health class, with Yokono Junki, a former Hokkaido Consadole Sapporo player, as the instructor!
In this class, participants will do simple stretches and brain training games while sitting in a chair, and learn about care prevention while communicating with other participants.
Participants in the first event (held last October) gave very positive feedback, with comments such as "It was fun and there was a lot of laughter" and "It cleared my head." Even if you're not confident in your physical strength or don't usually exercise, why not take this opportunity to participate?

Mr. Junki Yokono
A former professional soccer player from Kitahiroshima City, he played for Hokkaido Consadole Sapporo and other teams overseas. He currently works as a front-line staff member for Hokkaido Consadole Sapporo.
In this class, you will learn exercises that combine brain training and exercise to prevent the need for nursing care.

Niseko Town aged 60 or over
