Niseko Heart Lab Organized Cleaning Workshop (held on Monday, November 17th)

Niseko Town signed an official Niseko Heart Lab partnership agreement with AEON Delight Co., Ltd. in October of this year with the aim of developing the local economy, improving the welfare of residents, and working to resolve local issues. The partnership covers three areas: (1) optimizing facility management using remote operation and management, (2) working to resolve the labor shortage, and (3) other issues related to resolving and revitalizing the local area.

As part of our efforts to resolve the labor shortage,Cleaning industry job openings are increasing in the Niseko areaabout,Mainly aimed at those with no experienceAsA cleaning seminar was held by a training instructor certified by the Hokkaido Building Maintenance Association from AEON Delight Co., Ltd.I will do it.
We plan to hold training sessions on hygiene cleaning and basic etiquette, including practical training.

At the end of the seminar, we will also provide information on the system offered by Timee Co., Ltd., which operates a part-time job service business nationwide and signed a comprehensive partnership agreement with Niseko Town and Kutchan Town in 2023.
