[Public Transportation/Snow Removal Sector] We are looking for local revitalization cooperation team members to help create the future of Niseko Town through a new system called "special commission type"!

Niseko Town has been recruiting local revitalization volunteers since 2011 to help with town development. Nearly 100 people have been recruited so far, and many of the graduates have settled and established themselves in the area, contributing to town development. On the other hand, the shortage of human resources in the area is becoming more serious, and there is an urgent need to address this, especially in areas that are essential to maintaining life in Niseko Town, such as public transportation and winter snow removal.

Therefore, we are recruiting "Specially Commissioned Regional Revitalization Cooperation Volunteers" as a new initiative, separate from the conventional (appointed) Niseko Town Regional Revitalization Cooperation Volunteers.

In this special commissioned type of program, volunteers are recruited to take on roles in fields designated by the town where there is a serious labor shortage, with the aim of maintaining and revitalizing local life. The town commissions volunteers, who are then employed by local businesses in that field and engage in activities to sustainably protect and revitalize local life.
Employment conditions vary by field, so please check the following website for details.
You can check the recruitment requirements and application documents.
