A request from Niseko Town

We would like to express our sincere gratitude for your continued efforts in promoting urban development in Niseko Town.
Niseko Town is currently in court after a previous owner (the owner from four companies ago, 17 years ago) demanded the return of ownership of land (a water source protection area) that was acquired in 2013 based on a legitimate sales contract, claiming that the land was sold by a third party without permission. Therefore, in order to protect the water source, we would like to collect public opinion in the form of a petition and submit it to a judge at the Sapporo High Court.
If you agree with the "Petition to Protect Niseko Town Water Source," which can be downloaded from the link below, please enter your name and address and sign online. We will responsibly deliver the signatures we receive to the judges of the Sapporo High Court.
