The Health Promotion Section will provide information on how to prevent and deal with heatstroke.

<To prevent heat stroke>
・Replenish fluids and salt frequently, whether indoors or outdoors

・Utilizing air conditioning
・Use curtains and blinds to block sunlight
〇Outdoors…
・Avoid going out during hot hours. When you do go out, use shady or air-conditioned facilities (Niseko Town Hall, Community Center, etc.)
<If you notice any changes in your physical condition... Symptoms of heat stroke>
Mild: Heavy sweating, dizziness, lightheadedness
Moderate: Headache, nausea, fatigue
・If you experience any of these symptoms, rest in a cool place and use an ice pack or similar to cool your body.
If it progresses, it can lead to loss of consciousness or a coma, so early treatment is important!
