[Heatstroke Warning Alert] Issued in Niseko Town from 5am this morning

According to the Sapporo Meteorological Observatory, a heatstroke alert was issued from 5 a.m. this morning (23rd) in the Shiribeshi region, including Niseko Town.
The Sapporo Meteorological Observatory has issued the following information and is calling for caution.
・In areas where heatstroke alerts have been issued, extremely high temperatures may cause health damage due to heatstroke. Don't think that it's someone else's problem, but protect yourself from the heat!
Specifically, try to stay in a cool environment, such as indoors using air conditioning.
- Take frequent breaks, drink fluids, and replenish salt.
・Elderly people, infants, and young children are more susceptible to heatstroke, so please pay particular attention to them and ask those around you to speak to them as well.
・Avoid exercise unless in a cool environment.
