Regarding the delivery of polling station admission tickets for the 27th regular election of the House of Councillors

In order to ensure smooth voting, Niseko Town Election Commission has implemented the following measures:
During various elections, everyone who is registered on the Niseko Town voter list will be asked to
A polling station admission ticket (postcard) will be sent to you by mail.
In the 27th House of Councillors election, which will be held on July 20th,
We will proceed with the paperwork so that you can receive your polling station admission ticket (postcard) as soon as possible.
As with every election, we send out the ballots in the morning on the day the election is announced.
Due to circumstances surrounding postal delivery, it may take some time for your mail to reach you.
*Please note that it is taking longer than usual due to postal circumstances, such as deliveries no longer being made on Saturdays and Sundays.
Deliveries will be made in order from Monday, July 7th, so please check.
We apologize for keeping you waiting and thank you for your understanding.
The polling station admission ticket (postcard) is used to inform voters that an election is taking place,
These are sent to facilitate smooth verification of voter identity on the voter list at polling stations.
(It is not a ballot exchange ticket, but rather a document for identity verification.)
Therefore, even if you have not received your polling station admission ticket, or if it has been lost or damaged,
If you can verify your identity, you will be able to vote, so please inform the receptionist at the polling station.
If you bring your ID with you to verify your identity, you will be able to vote more smoothly.
Regarding the polling station admission ticket, if you have not received your polling station admission ticket by Thursday, July 10th,

Voting hours at polling stations Niseko Town are from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm.
*Please check the front of your polling station admission ticket (postcard) to find your polling location.
If you have plans to vote on the day, you can vote early.
Advance voting will be held from Friday, July 4th to Saturday, July 19th.
