More than 20 years have passed since Niseko Town Basic Ordinance for Town Development was enacted. This ordinance is positioned as a "nurturing ordinance" and is reviewed regularly to prevent it from becoming a mere formality over time.
This year is the time for review, so we will be holding a lecture for townspeople as an opportunity to think about the situation at the time the ordinance was formulated and what it will look like in the future.
