The available times and what you need are as follows:

・From 6:30 to 23:00 all day
(You can get it regardless of the day of the week, such as Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.)
■ What you need
・A smartphone equipped with a My Number card or a smartphone electronic certificate
・The 4-digit PIN set on your My Number Card
Note:If you enter the wrong password three times in a row, you will be locked out.It will take some time.To unlock your device, you will need to go to the Resident Affairs Section of your town hall.
・Commission (cash or cashless payment)
juminhyo (certificate of residence): 300 yen per item
Seal registration certificate: 300 yen per case
