The 218th Urban Development Citizens' Lecture "Global Climate Change Discussion and Local Decarbonization Initiatives" will be held!

We will invite two lecturers to discuss ``Global climate change discussions and local decarbonization efforts.'' We will listen to the discussions at COP28 and the efforts of Nishiawakura Village, Okayama Prefecture, and provide an opportunity to think about efforts toward a decarbonized society.
