Of the households other than households exempted from resident tax 2023, there was a resident registration in 2023 Niseko Town at the time of application, and the household finances unexpectedly changed from January to September 2023. If the estimated annual income or estimated income (the amount obtained by subtracting the estimated amount of expenses for one year from the estimated annual income) of all persons subject to resident tax is equal to or less than the tax exempt (equivalent) level of the per capita resident tax. 3. If you are a household experiencing a sudden change in household finances, please submit an application to Health & Welfare Division by September 30th along with documents that can verify your income, etc.

After the town receives and examines the application form, the payment will be made within 3 to 4 weeks.
