This time, during the period from 2019 to 2022, which is the operation period of Niseko Sumisuru Co., Ltd., a designated management organization, we have set a facility usage fee that exceeds the range stipulated by Niseko Town Ordinance, and some It turned out that the user was mistakenly collecting the fee.

1. overview
It turned out that when general users of the Niseko Central Warehouse Group rented the facilities at the hotel, they set a usage fee that exceeded the range stipulated by Niseko Town Ordinance and were mistakenly collected.
We have confirmed that the above settings have been in place since July 2016 when the Niseko Central Warehouse Group was established. The fee setting will be changed on March 1, 2023, and we are currently operating with the appropriate fee setting.

*Regarding delay damages, the annual interest rate will be 5% from the date of use to the date of confirmation of refund. For those who have responded by July 31, 2023, the amount refunded will be the amount with an annual interest rate of 5% added, with August 31, 2023 as the refund date.

*3 The erroneously collected money for those who do not wish to receive a refund will be used as a donation to the NPO corporation Niseko Seikatsu no Ie.
