On Sunday, May 12th, a sports seminar by Fighters Baseball Academy Murakami coach and Makitani coach was held at the general gymnasium. More than 100 participants moved the body with stretching and T ball (easy batting) etc. Normally, you expanded muscles that you do not use, and under the fun guidance of the coach, everyone who participated became a fun sports seminar from children to elderly as they got stuck and became seriously. In the end, the coach and the Janken game got really exciting and some people got uniforms and signature cards from the players.
After the sports seminar, a seminar on food by the fighters' full-time managed dietician, Hachiaki, was held at the townspeople center. From the state of the meal contents of the players, important things in everyday meals were easy to understand, and I gently explained them. At the end we tasted the products of Nippon Ham supervised by Hachimaki, and it was very popular.
