＜パブリックコメント：結果＞ニセコ駅前温泉「綺羅乃湯」設置及び管理に関する条例の一部を改正する条例（案）の縦覧・意見募集について

Kiranoyu, a hot spring in front of Niseko Station, has been operating as a local public bath since its opening in 2001, as well as a facility that provides high-quality hot springs and resting places for townspeople and tourists.
Since 2004, we have introduced a designated manager system, working to further improve management and user services, and have played a central role in revitalizing events such as Halloween and scenic nights in the surrounding area.
　また、これまでにガスコージェネレーションシステムや温泉排湯からの熱回収システムの導入、混雑情報システムの導入など、利用者快適性の向上や運営経費の低減・最適化といった経営努力も続けてきました。
　今回、近隣自治体の類似施設の使用料改定などに伴い、町外利用者が増加し当該施設が混雑する状況が常態化しつつあります。綺羅乃湯の安全・衛生的環境の管理、また昨今の物価上昇の影響による経費等の増加による経営安定化に向け、令和8年7月1日からの使用料見直しについて条例改正の提案を行う予定としています。
