2022 The purpose of this subsidy is to improve the living environment of town residents by providing, within budgetary limits, subsidies for snow removal on town roads (outside of town-funded snow removal routes) and roads equivalent to town roads, in accordance with the following guidelines, in order to secure the living environment of town residents during snowfall. The application period is from January 31, 2012 to January 31, 2013.

[Subsidy target]
The roads covered by the subsidy fall under the following, and are limited to machines owned by the applicant (including borrowed machines) or consignment contracts (consignment to a person authorized by a public organization as a snow removal company. It is a road where snow is removed by).
(1) Of the routes certified as town roads, the roads where the town has not removed snow due to narrow width, etc.
(2) A road that can connect to snow removal routes such as public roads, and has 3 beneficiary units (those who are registered as residents in Niseko Town as of January 1 of the relevant year and who are residents or plan to live all year. Limited.) Roads that have more than that and have a snow removal extension of approximately 100 m or more, especially roads that the mayor admits to be equivalent to the town road.

[Amount of subsidy]
The amount of subsidy will be the amount obtained by multiplying 1,000 yen per 1 m of snow removal road extension as the basic subsidy amount, and the amount obtained by multiplying the subsidy rate by each of the following items will be delivered.
(1) If the applicant himself / herself removes snow from the town road under a consignment contract, it shall be within three-quarters of the basic subsidy amount. However, if the entrusted amount is less than the basic subsidy amount, it shall be the amount obtained by multiplying the entrusted amount by the subsidy rate.
(2) When snow is removed from the town road using a machine owned by the applicant, it shall be within half of the basic subsidy amount.
(3) If the applicant himself / herself removes snow from a road equivalent to a town road by a consignment contract, the amount shall be within two-thirds of the basic subsidy amount and the maximum amount shall be 300,000 yen. However, if the entrusted amount is less than the basic subsidy amount, it shall be the amount obtained by multiplying the entrusted amount by the subsidy rate.
(4) When snow is removed from a road equivalent to a town road using a machine owned by the applicant, the amount shall be within one-fourth of the basic subsidy amount and the maximum amount shall be 200,000 yen.
