In order to obtain the thermal energy particularly needed in heavy snowfall and cold regions from renewable energy sources, thereby reducing the use of fossil fuels and aiming to recycle and utilize the generated waste within the region, we will conduct a public proposal process to commission the investigation, examination, and simple demonstration of applicable technologies for the utilization of heat from waste-derived biomass (renewable energy). This process aims to ensure fairness while selecting a company with an excellent plan and proposal.
