Regarding the implementation of a public proposal for a survey on the feasibility of regional circularity of heat utilization from waste biomass for the advancement of the energy structure

In order to obtain the thermal energy particularly needed in heavy snowfall and cold regions from renewable energy sources, thereby reducing the use of fossil fuels and aiming to recycle and utilize the generated waste within the region, we will conduct a public proposal process to commission the investigation, examination, and simple demonstration of applicable technologies for the utilization of heat from waste-derived biomass (renewable energy). This process aims to ensure fairness while selecting a company with an excellent plan and proposal.

　

Notification date: Wednesday, July 1, 2026
Deadline for submitting questions: Wednesday, July 8, 2026
Deadline for answering questions: Wednesday, July 15, 2026
Application deadline: Wednesday, July 22, 2026, until noon
Presentation: Scheduled for the afternoon of Friday, July 31, 2026.
Scheduled date of notification of results: Early August 2026
