[Public Comment] Public inspection of the draft ordinance to amend part of the ordinance concerning employee salaries.

The town's Board of Education is currently working on organizational reforms to manage its structure. As part of this effort, we are now revising the necessary ordinances. Accordingly, we are making the draft revisions publicly available and soliciting your opinions.

■ Outline of the proposed ordinance amendment
In order to ensure the stable and continuous operation of Yoji Centre in the future, we will strengthen the overall operational functions of the center by creating a new position of deputy principal to assist the principal as a management staff member. In addition, the position of principal, which has so far been filled by fixed-term contract employees, will now be open to appointments from general staff to management staff.
