Regarding the public inspection of the ordinance (draft) amending part of Niseko Town Waterworks Ordinance

Regarding the drastic change mitigation measures (individual supply and demand water contracts) for agricultural businesses with old agricultural contracts due to the water rate revision in 2019, we would like to extend the application period of the drastic change mitigation measures (individual supply and demand water contracts) by one year using the national price rise response priority support regional revitalization special grant for the purpose of supporting agricultural businesses. Therefore, we would like to amend the ordinance, and we are soliciting opinions in accordance with Article 54 of Niseko Town Basic Ordinance for Town Development.
