Niseko Town Ordinance on the Establishment and Management of Housing for Promoting Settlement (Draft) - Call for Opinions

There is a chronic shortage of housing in our town, both public and private, and there have been cases of people from outside the town moving out of the town because they are unable to settle in Niseko Town, making the development and securing of housing in the town an urgent issue. In response to this situation, we have developed this draft ordinance for the development of housing to promote settlement, and are now soliciting opinions.
