 ニセコ町国民健康保険税について、みなさんの負担の適正化を図るため、算定方法などを定めた条例の一部を改正したいので、ニセコ町まちづくり基本条例第54条の規定に基づき案を公表し、ご意見を募集しました。

　いただいた意見の概要とそれに対する町の考え方は、以下のファイルのとおりです。

[Main changes]
◆ Tax rate revision(Amendment to match the standard tax rate indicated by Hokkaido)：This time, the tax rates will remain the same or be reduced from those in fiscal year 2024.
◆ Raising the taxable limit(Revisions to align with national system reforms)：The limit (maximum tax amount) for high-income earners will be raised by 30,000 yen per year.
◆ Expansion of the reduced income quota(Revisions to align with national system reforms)：The amendments are intended to reduce the burden on the middle-income class.
◆ Full exemption from National Health Insurance tax for children under 18 years of age (Niseko Town 's own policy)：As part of efforts to improve child-rearing support, in order to reduce the economic burden on households raising children,This provides a full exemption from national health insurance tax (flat rate) for children under the age of 18.
