【終了】ニセコ町景観条例等の一部を改正する条例（案）の縦覧結果について

「ニセコ町景観条例」及び「ニセコ町都市計画審議会条例」を改正するため、ニセコ町まちづくり基本条例第54条第3項の規定に基づき、意見を求めた件について、同条第3項の規定により、条例案の縦覧結果について、次のとおり公表します。
あわせて、「ニセコ町景観条例施行規則」の改正及び「ニセコ町都市計画審議会運営規則」を制定するため、案の縦覧結果について、次のとおり公表します。

In recent years, there has been an increase in complex construction and development plans, including unprecedented large-scale developments, and it has become difficult to respond to these projects with current ordinances and regulations alone. Therefore, in April 2024, we formulated architectural guidelines that set out goals, policies, and standards for landscape formation and summarize points to consider.
The town plans to continue to promote landscape development that maintains harmony with Niseko's beautiful natural environment and considers orderly land use throughout the region.
Therefore, we plan to amend some ordinances to make the review criteria for development projects the considerations related to scenery and snow processing described in the architectural guidelines, to make it mandatory to hold a pre-examination meeting at the basic concept stage, to establish a specialist committee, etc. In addition, in order to determine the operation of the specialist committee, we plan to abolish the Niseko Town Urban Planning Council Operating Regulations and establish new Niseko Town Urban Planning Council Operating Regulations.
Regarding this matter, we will publish a proposal in accordance with Article 54 of Niseko Town Basic Ordinance for Town Development and will solicit opinions from the public.

The plan is to announce the results on Niseko Town Hall Urban Construction Division and on the Niseko Town website around February 18, 2025.

※今回改正・制定する条例及び規則は、令和7年（2025年）10月1日施行予定ですが、開発事業の審査基準を規定したニセコ町景観条例施行規則第24条のみ、令和7年（2025年）4月1日施行予定です。
