It was unified into the same law and applied as a nationwide common rule (enforced on April 1 2023).
Therefore, in addition to abolishing Niseko Town 's personal information protection ordinance, an enforcement ordinance to stipulate the necessary matters related to the enforcement of the national personal information protection law, and an examination committee ordinance that stipulates the establishment and operation according to the actual situation of the establishment of the examination committee. must be enacted.
Regarding the draft ordinance below, we are soliciting opinions from the townspeople in accordance with the provisions of Article 54 of Niseko Town Basic Ordinance for Town Development.
