Therefore, in addition to abolishing Niseko Town 's personal information protection ordinance, an enforcement ordinance to stipulate the necessary matters related to the enforcement of the national personal information protection law, and an examination committee ordinance that stipulates the establishment and operation according to the actual situation of the establishment of the examination committee. must be enacted.
We are soliciting opinions from townspeople regarding the following proposed ordinance in accordance with Article 54 of the Niseko Town Basic Ordinance for Town Development Ordinance.
