Nisekoni nevertheless
I will survey the landscape full of charm of Hokkaido.

In addition to being in charge of the cover art for the JR Hokkaido in-car magazine "THE JR Hokkaido" for 25 years, Hideyuki Fujikura is an illustrator whose work is used for product packages such as Rokkatei, and whose style is familiar to many people. Since the latter half of the 1980s, Fujikura has captivated viewers by expressing the charm and atmosphere of the four seasons of Hokkaido's scenery in her hari-e works using Western paper. In 2017, Arishima Takeo Memorial Museum received donations of about 10,000 works and materials such as cutouts, collages, acrylic paintings, posters and other printed materials from artists, and is proceeding with the organizing work. For one year from February 2018, we have held three exhibitions that follow the four seasons of Hokkaido as "Hideyuki Fujikura's Donation Commemorative Exhibition". In this "Winter Hideyuki Fujikura Exhibition" (December 2018 to March 2019), we will introduce works from winter to spring. In addition, we will introduce the attractive landscape paintings of Hokkaido drawn by Fujikura, so that you can enjoy a “Hokkaido trip” while staying in Nisekoni. Enjoy the seasonal scenery of Hokkaido woven by Fujikura.
