Public housing (for household) 54 buildings 312 houses

It is a house built under the Public Housing Law, renting it with a low rent to a person with a low income who is in need of housing.
We calculate rent according to income.

Specific public rental housing (for households) 2 buildings 16 units (for single use) 2 units 2 units 24 units

Constructed based on the Act on Promotion of Supply of Specific Excellent Rental Houses, It is a house to rent to middle-income earners.

Town single house (for single use) 2 buildings 48 houses

It is a house built based on the Local Autonomy Law and leasing it for single people.

Tenancy qualification

Public housing
(For household)
(1) There is a relative who is currently living or willing to live together (including a fiance)
(2) Those who have an address at Niseko Town or who are expected to become residents of Niseko Town after moving in.
Note: If you live in a municipal house, put juminhyo (certificate of residence) in Niseko Town.
(3) The income per month to be calculated is not more than 158,000 yen.
(4) Those who have not delinquent the town tax or the toll fee for the town.
(5) It is clear who is actually in need of housing.
(6) I will not accept pets.
