We will introduce organizations developing protection and improvement of the natural environment and living environment, and activities that are familiar with nature.
Every organization is active in the field of Niseko.

Presence of rivers protects this, creates, supports the living industry in the basin, also plays and learns. Based on this philosophy, it was founded in 1996. It flows from the mountain in the east (Fureake) surrounding the Lake Shikotsu and runs along the foot of Mt. Yotei to Niseko, to Rishikoshi Rishirigawa (Shiribetegawa). We are continuing its activities as a place for community residents, industry, academia and government to interact with each other such as the foundation of life in the Utagawa River Basin, conservation and creation of water environment, protection and learning of local history and culture. With approximately 160 members, we are developing various activities such as practice, play, exchange meeting and symposium every year.

Fly fishing (fishing with hair needles), water camping, river water quality survey, etc. Niseko's river in the field and its activities are extensive. In addition, "Seseragi School in Konbu River" is held and children observe aquatic insects and discharge rainbow trout as the center. If you are interested in fly fishing, please do come.
