ConditionsPrivate road must be at least 30m away from public roads, and can be cleaned using heavy machinery. *Screening based on nursing-care level and other criteriaDepending on the snow situation, the Social Welfare Council will dispatch a snow cleaning company.A portion of the payment made to the contracted snow-removal service provider will be subsidized
