Borrowing a car seat

We ask children to recognize the effectiveness of "child seats" that are obliged to be worn under the amendment of the Road Traffic Law, and lend out a child seat free of charge for the purpose of improving the attachment rate.
Those who wish to lend out are required to have a driver 's license and seal. Please do not forget to bring it.
