Niseko Town learning exchange center establishment regulations

The following draft of the ordinance to amend part of Niseko Town Learning and Exchange Center Establishment Ordinance has been prepared, and we are publishing it in accordance with Article 54 of the Niseko Town Basic Ordinance for Town Development and seeking opinions.
The content of the amendment is to make the Niseko Town Learning Exchange Center a facility that functions as a library as stipulated in Article 10 of the Library Act.
