ニセコリゾート観光協会、ニセコ町商工会及びニセコ町では、来年度に実施される観光庁国庫補助事業「地域一体となった観光地・観光産業の再生・高付加価値事業」に参加を希望される事業者の募集を行い、とりまとめの作業を進めています。

In the Niseko Town area, it is a project to support efforts based on the "Regional Tourism Base Revitalization Plan for Revitalizing Tourist Spots (Regional Plan)" including renovation of accommodation facilities, etc. The following individual projects included in the regional plan (each Businesses such as facility renovation of business operators) are eligible.
The regional plan is planned to be formulated based on the promotion of "sustainable tourism" that Niseko Town is promoting.
<Individual business supplementary menu>
1. High value-added renovation of accommodation facilities (subsidy rate principle 1/2 (2/3 if certain conditions are met), maximum subsidy amount 100 million yen),
改修前後で宿泊施設の収益力が向上する改修等の支援
2．廃屋の撤去（補助率原則1/2、補助上限額1億円）、
観光地の景観改善等に資する廃屋撤去の支援
3．観光施設（飲食店、土産物店、アクティビティ事業者を含む）の改修（補助率1/2 、補助上限額 1,000万円（一定の条件を満たせば2,000万円））
観光客の利用を念頭においた施設等の改修支援
4．面的DX化（補助率原則1/2、補助上限額5,000万円）、
観光地の面的再生に資する面的DX化支援
5．実証事業（補助率1/2 、補助上限額1,000万円）
地域計画にもとづき実施する、施設改修等の効果を最大化する取組等の支援

<Consider energy saving diagnosis as well>
When using this project for facility renovation, please consider an energy-saving renovation that will make the facility warmer and more comfortable, even if you reduce the cost of electricity and kerosene, which use less energy and have risen in price in recent years.
When considering energy-saving renovations, it is also possible to utilize the energy-saving diagnosis that Niseko Town commissioned to Niseko Town Co., Ltd.
