Who can vote at Niseko Town
Those born before April 10, 2005, who have filed a moving-in notification to Niseko Town by 2022 for the Hokkaido gubernatorial election and December 30 2022 for the Hokkaido Prefectural Assembly election, and who have been registered as residents of Niseko Town for three consecutive months or more.
Voting before the date
Those who can not vote at the polling place for work or travel etc on the day of voting day can vote before the date.

Absentee ballot
The absentee ballot is for the following people.
1. Voting performed by those who are hospitalized (admitted) to designated hospitals, designated elderly homes, etc.
2. Voting by mail for people with severe physical disabilities at home
3. Voting conducted by those who are staying in cities, towns and villages other than Niseko Town on the day of voting
4. Voting by those who are under the age of 18 on the day of early voting
5. Voting by people who are staying in hotels or recuperating at home COVID-19 and who meet certain requirements
