Notification of land purchase and sale, etc.

When you enter into a contract for a land transaction of a certain area or more, such as buying, selling, leasing, exchanging, or transferring a business interest in land, you are required to notify the city or town in which the land is located, in accordance with the provisions of the National Land Use Planning Act.
■Area subject to notification: In the case of Niseko Town, 10,000 square meters or more
■ Notifier/Land right holder (buyer, etc.)
■ Deadline for notification/within 2 weeks from the date of conclusion of the contract
*Please cooperate by submitting the notification form even if the submission deadline has passed.
■ Documents to be submitted / 3 copies each
・Land sales notification form
・Copy of land sales contract
・A drawing of 1/5,000 or more that clarifies the situation of the land and its surroundings
・A drawing showing the shape of the land
・Power of Attorney (when a representative submits the notification)

■Penalties/Failure to report may be punishable by law.
