[Public Comment] Regarding the public inspection of the ordinance (draft) amending part of Niseko Town Basic Ordinance for Town Development

The Niseko Town Basic Ordinance for Town Development) as a "regulation to be nurtured" by the townspeople in accordance with the times.
Starting in 2023, we established a review committee to carry out the fifth review.
In March 2025, the review committee submitted a report, and based on this report, we considered whether the ordinance was appropriate for Niseko Town, and after determining that it was necessary to revise it, we have now compiled a proposed revision.
Based on the provisions of Article 54 of Niseko Town Basic Ordinance for Town Development Ordinance, we will publish a draft and solicit opinions on the content.
