Regarding the implementation of an open proposal for the selection of the preferred negotiating party for the construction of the Niseko High School dormitory

Jobs & Volunteering

Niseko High School has been recruiting students from all over the country through the "Regional Future Study Abroad" program since the 2024 admissions selection. 40 students will be admitted in 2024, of which 22 will be dormitory students. The current dormitory has undergone renovation work and is currently enrolled with a total of 35 students, but it is difficult to accept any more students.
Starting in the 2026 academic year, the school system will change from a "daytime part-time agricultural course" to a "full-time general studies course," and the enrollment quota will be expanded from 40 to 70. In conjunction with this expansion, a new dormitory will be built, and the construction of this dormitory will be carried out using the "Technical Cooperation Negotiation Method (ECI Method)," which is expected to reduce costs and shorten construction time by incorporating the excellent technology and experience of construction contractors from the detailed design stage. In order to select the preferred negotiating party for the construction work, an open proposal will be conducted.
