October is the annual paid leave acquisition promotion period
As we enter the second half 2019, I believe that each company will begin to consider their business plans for next year.
The Labor Standards Law has been amended to ensure that the annual paid leave (hereinafter referred to as “annual leave”) on the 5th has been acquired in April 2019.
At each company, when preparing a business plan for the next fiscal year, take into consideration the employee's annual leave acquisition, and consider introducing a system for granting annual leave.
