Today (Thursday, July 4th), the first Niseko/Ranboshi Geothermal Resource Utilization Council meeting of 2019 will be held.
Investigations on geothermal development are currently underway in the areas of Rankoshi and Niseko Town with the aim of future geothermal power generation.
The meeting is open to the public, so anyone can listen.
