On the visibility information of the north road navigational blizzard

When traveling by car during the winter period in Hokkaido, there are many things to be careful about, such as a disorder of sight due to a sudden weather disorder or a change in road surface condition.
Cryogenic Civil Engineering Laboratory provides current status and prediction information of visibility in Hokkaido to support driver's behavior judgment during snowstorm.
In the site below, you can also access vision information, pass information, weather information, traffic regulation information etc. Please use by all means.
In addition, winter "snowstorm visibility information" will be available from December 1st.

It is convenient to register the e-mail address in advance and register the district name etc.
