Regarding the implementation of childcare support programs in fiscal year 2026

With the aim of supporting families raising children and promoting local consumption, a program has been launched to give away "Kira Pay," an electronic money that can be used at Niseko Kira Card Association member stores.
Those who already have a Kira Card will receive points on their card at any time. However, those who do not have a Kira Card or are not registered for the childcare support program should register at the Niseko Kira Card Association office (located in Niseko Town Center).

[Implementation Period] August 1st, 2026 (Sat) - October 31st, 2026 (Sat)
[Implementation Details] For each child of the following eligible group, we will give them 5,000 yen worth of Kira Card's electronic money "Kira Pay".
[Target audience] Families with children in junior high school or younger.
*This also applies to those who have been issued a maternal and child health handbook as of the reference date.
