Online reservations for "Nikotto Bus" are now open!

Important Notice

Niseko Town, to secure transportation in the town and improve the convenience of everyone,
We operate Nikotto Bus (a type of bus that operates from users' homes or other locations to destinations within the town, based on their reservations).

To make our services more convenient, we are now launching online reservations.

This means that in addition to phone reservations, you can now also make reservations using your smartphone.
This will make it easier for you to make reservations.


*User registration for online reservations will be available from March 25, 2026. After registration, you will be able to use the online reservation system.

What is "Nikotto BUS"?
Unlike regular route buses, this service operates primarily by telephone reservation in advance.A new type of bus​

*This is not a taxi. It is one of the means of transportation within the area.Users share and give way to each other.This is a reservation-only public bus service. Therefore, we may not be able to accommodate your preferred time.

The service operates according to the pre-booked passengers' requests regarding pick-up and drop-off locations and times, picking them up at their desired location and dropping them off at their desired location.
 
Normally, the service operates on a shared-ride basis, carrying multiple passengers who have made reservations. Furthermore, the system selects routes that minimize inconvenience to any passenger, ensuring a considerate and efficient operation.

If you are not in a hurry, avoid the crowded morning departures, or make group reservations with your neighbours. Having a flexible departure and arrival time, will make the ride more enjoyable for all pasengers.
