Distribution of digital gift certificates "Kira Pay"

In order to respond to the recent rise in prices, Niseko Town will distribute 10,000 yen worth of "Kira Pay" digital gift certificates issued by Niseko Town Chamber of Commerce to each resident who is registered as a resident of Niseko Town as of November 1, 2025, with the aim of promoting and revitalizing local consumption.
Distribution will begin on January 31st and the items will be delivered to the head of the household via Yu-Pack, but it will take approximately two weeks for them to reach all eligible households.
Also, if you are not at home when the package is delivered and a notice of absence from the post office is left in your mailbox, please contact the phone number listed on the notice of absence directly and collect the package from the post office.
Please note that the expiration date for the digital gift certificate "Kira Pay" is March 15th, so please use it by the deadline.

- All town residents who are registered as residents as of November 1, 2025 (including foreigners)
・Those who have received a maternal and child health handbook from Niseko Town as of November 1, 2025 will receive an additional 10,000 yen per issue.
