"Istre x Brain Training" Health Class Announcement
Notice
The town will host a fun and engaging "Istre x Brain Training" health class, with former Hokkaido Consadole Sapporo player Junki Yokono as the instructor! We're planning some games that will make participants smile, so please take this opportunity to join us!
Lecturer Introduction
Hokkaido Consadole Sapporo OB
Mr. Junki Yokono
A former professional soccer player from Kitahiroshima City.
He has also played for Hokkaido Consadole Sapporo and other overseas teams.
He currently works as a front-office staff member for Hokkaido Consadole Sapporo.
In this class, you will learn exercises that combine brain training and exercise to prevent the need for nursing care.
