Recruiting visitors (buyers) for the "Shiribeshi Business Meeting 2025"

In order to support the development and expansion of sales channels for fresh, high-quality local ingredients and the excellent processed foods and alcoholic beverages that use them, the Shiribeshi Regional Development Bureau will be holding a business meeting as follows, gathering primary product producers, food manufacturers, wineries, and other alcoholic beverage manufacturers in the Shiribeshi region, and hosting business meetings with procurement staff and chefs from hotels and restaurants in the region and other food-related parties.
Therefore, we are currently recruiting visitors (buyers) who wish to participate in Part 1 of this business meeting (individual business meetings through advance matching). Please see below for details.
We plan to start recruiting exhibitors from around mid-August, and will provide further information as soon as the details are decided.

The following buyers wish to participate in the first part of the business meeting (individual business meetings through advance matching).
・Procurement staff, buyers, chefs at hotels in the Shiribeshi area, specialty product shops in the area, etc.
・Food-related buyers from outside the Shiribeshi area

・In order to enable more concrete business negotiations, the first part will be individual business negotiations through pre-matching, and the second part will be open negotiations.
・For buyers who wish to attend only for free business negotiations, we will recruit again once exhibitors have been decided (participation on the day is possible).
