Notice
Niseko Town, we support town-building activities by townspeople based on the purpose of the town-building basic regulations.
The town development support project is a system that subsidizes a part of expenses required for the subjective town planning activities performed by the townspeople's main group.
Applications are now open for the 2025 academic year, so if you are interested, please submit the relevant documents.

■ Target groups
Organizations that meet all of the following requirements are eligible.
(1)Niseko Town organization that has a generally five or more members in the center of the people
(2) Group with activity base in town
(3) Group which works on town development with will, and actively works for regional activation
■ Target business
Lectures and debates, events to revitalize the region, businesses that use regional resources to lead to regional revitalization, community improvement activities to be conducted within the scope of a community association, etc.
■ Subsidy amount
It is within two thirds of the subsidized expenses, and the maximum is 200,000 yen.
■ Subsidy target expenses
Honoraria, transportation costs, consumables costs, printing and binding costs, food costs (deemed necessary for the project), postage, etc., rental fees, raw materials costs, and equipment purchase costs (up to 20% of the total eligible expenses)
However, even for the target expenses, the following expenses are not covered.
(1) Permanent operation and maintenance expenses for groups
(2) Labor costs, honorarium, food and beverage expenses, transportation expenses, etc. for members of organizations, etc.
(3) Subsidies and grants to other organizations
(4) Expenses related to sales of goods
(5) Expenses that may not be appropriate for other businesses

■ Selection method
Regarding support decisions, the town mayor decides the following five points.
1. Benefits to the entire region, 2. Feasibility, 3. Effectiveness, 4. Independence, 5. Relevance
■ How to apply
Please submit the following documents by the deadline.
(1) Application form, plan, business balance budget (designated form)
(2) Member list of groups
(3) Documents showing the activity history of groups
(4) If a general meeting has been held, the agenda and minutes of the most recent general meeting.
(5) If an organization has established rules, etc., those rules, etc.
(6) Other necessary documents and explanatory materials
