Announcement of the FY2024 Health Promotion Lecture

The health promotion seminar will be held on the following dates:
The lecture will be on the theme of "Carefully facing your own mind and body," and the lecturer will talk about his or her own experiences and what has supported him or her mentally. Anyone who is interested in this for themselves or their family is welcome to participate.
■Contents Lecture: "Carefully confront your mind and body"
Exercise: "Easy exercises you can do at home"
