Learn how to submit a housing confirmation application after the April 2025 Building Standards Act amendments

For housing construction starting after April this year, the previous No. 4 special exception will be abolished and new structural regulations in the Building Standards Act will apply. In addition, compliance with energy conservation standards, which was previously relaxed, will become mandatory.
As a result, the documents required for confirmation applications will change significantly, but even if you do not perform complex structural or energy-saving calculations, you can still comply with the Building Standards Act by attaching documents that meet certain (specification) regulations and standards. We will explain these in an easy-to-understand manner.

January 31 (Friday) 1:00pm-5:00pm Otaru City Fire Department Auditorium (Capacity: approx. 50 people)

■Contents: Specifications for the structure of small wooden buildings, energy-saving specifications for wooden detached houses, etc.
