About the holding of "Shiribeshi Food School Regional Workshop"

The Hokkaido Shiribeshi Regional Bureau has decided that Food School graduates will take the lead in sharing the efforts of the graduates with local stakeholders, and will also hold seminars aimed at developing people who can lead the local food-related industry and promoting food-related industries that are closely tied to the local community.

*What is Food School?
Sponsored by Hokkaido Prefecture, this initiative provides training on marketing methods, product development, and business management improvement for people involved in the food-related industry within the prefecture, with the aim of nurturing key food figures in the region.
