（アーカイブ配信等のご案内）北海道運輸局「道路運送法における許可又は登録を要しない運送に関する説明会」について

　北海道運輸局では、観光関係者の方を対象に「道路運送法における許可又は登録を要しない運送に関するガイドライン」に基づく、 自家用自動車を活用した運送における説明会を開催しました。

To transport passengers for a fee using a motor vehicle, you need a license or registration for bus, taxi, or private motor vehicle transportation for a fee.
Recently, the "Guidelines for Transportation Not Requiring Permission or Registration under the Road Transportation Law" have been established, clarifying the concept of paid and free transportation in an easy-to-understand manner and expanding the scope of transportation that accommodation providers and guides can perform using their own cars. The purpose of the briefing session is to ensure that you correctly understand the scope of transportation that can be performed using private cars without permission or registration.
