About opening a stall and promoting the "Shiribeshi Autumn Food Festival at Rural Park Fruit Park Niki"

Last year, the Shiribeshi Tourism Federation and the Shiribeshi General Promotion Bureau held the "Shiribeshi Summer Food Festival at Sato no Eki Hotto Kimobetsu" to promote the specialties and tourism of the Shiribeshi region.
This year, the event will be held in autumn in Niki Town, and the "Shiribeshi Autumn Food Festival at Rural Park Fruit Park Niki" will be held to promote the extension of the Shiribeshi Expressway and local specialties and tourism in the area.
We are looking for members who would like to sell local specialties and promote tourism and hometown tax at this event, so if you would like to participate, please apply by email or fax as follows.

Saturday, October 5th to Sunday, October 6th, 2024, 10:00-15:30 each day

Rural Park Fruit Park Niki (121 Higashi 16-chome, Niki-cho, Yoichi-gun, Hokkaido)

(1) Business operators who have their principal office or place of business in the Shiribeshi region and are able to conduct face-to-face sales on the day, and who meet any of the following criteria:
A. Those engaged in the production, manufacturing and processing of Hokkaido products
A person who sells products made in Hokkaido that he or she has planned or invented himself or herself
In this context, "products from Hokkaido" refers to products that are produced, manufactured or processed within the prefecture and can be sold to end consumers (agricultural, forestry and fishery products, processed foods, etc.).
C) Those who are especially recognized by the organizers for their contributions to the promotion of the region
(2) Organizations that are recognized for their contributions to the promotion of the region, such as local governments, tourist associations, agricultural cooperatives, and fishery cooperatives

The stall will basically be set up in a tent.
The organizers will decide on tent allocation based on your preferences.
If you own a food truck, you can also set up a food stall using it.
*Due to a limited number of tents, one tent may be shared among multiple businesses.
*We plan to have up to three food trucks.

If an application for business operation to the public health center is required, the organizers will also cover the application fee.
However, transportation costs, travel expenses, accommodation costs, etc. will be borne by the business operator.

・Please have sales staff present at your booth.
- Product delivery and preparation for sales is generally scheduled to take place in the evening of the day before the opening and before the opening time on the day itself.
Detailed times and delivery routes will be announced separately.
- Basically, exhibitors are required to provide their own necessary facilities, equipment, decorations, etc.
(Please contact us if you have any requests for us to arrange something for you.)
- Apart from the operation of the venue, exhibitors are solely responsible for dealing with any accidents that occur during their exhibits.
Once a store opening has been decided, we will hold detailed meetings with each business owner.
・We may adjust the products we sell based on instructions from the public health center, etc.
・ In the event of a large number of applications, we may decline your request to participate in the exhibit on a first-come, first-served basis.
